Customer Service Transport Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Represent good image of the company by mediating between customer enquiry and transport operation capability
  • Handle customer in order to minimize level of customer complaint
  • Improve DHL KPI due to his function in service area

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a BachelorĂ¢€™s Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS office, good communication skill, have knowledge in transportation management,Ă‚  Determine, energetic and self motivated Represent good image of the company by.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
