Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Having good knowledge in corporate legal, projects, review agreement
- Responsible to handling, monitoring, licenses and permit
- Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, and regulatory compliance of the company
- Review corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultation on legal matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Male / female max. 35 years old
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Mining Preferably)
- Required language; English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline, good initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill
