Lowongan Kerja 2012 Immersive Technologies sebagai Customer Support. Immersive Technologies is the world’s largest and most proven supplier of surface and underground mining equipment simulators to the global mining industry. Our challenge is to make every mining and earth-moving equipment operator in the world safety and their employer more profitable with our simulation technologies. Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking:

Customer Support

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of simulators located in the Indonesian region
  • Ensuring high product availability and helping customers better utilize their simulators that results in high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing ana maintaining effective customer relationships internally and externally
  • Acknowledging and believing in the need for 24 hour customer service

Qualifications:

  • Having technical understanding of simulation application within the mining environment (operation and operator) will be an advantage
  • Possessing strong electrical and mechanical abilities
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Holding minimum a Degree in Electronic, Technology and/or Information or any technical / Science related educational background
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Computer literate
  • Based in Jakarta with flexibility to travel to customer mine sites domestically and internationally (frequent business traveling)
