Our challenge is to make every mining and earth-moving equipment operator in the world safety and their employer more profitable with our simulation technologies. Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking:
Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of simulators located in the Indonesian region
- Ensuring high product availability and helping customers better utilize their simulators that results in high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Developing ana maintaining effective customer relationships internally and externally
- Acknowledging and believing in the need for 24 hour customer service
Qualifications:
- Having technical understanding of simulation application within the mining environment (operation and operator) will be an advantage
- Possessing strong electrical and mechanical abilities
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Holding minimum a Degree in Electronic, Technology and/or Information or any technical / Science related educational background
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Computer literate
- Based in Jakarta with flexibility to travel to customer mine sites domestically and internationally (frequent business traveling)
